height 25699 of 25699 on the network. 9 peer(s) connected, 90 in its peer directory; 2995 block(s) followed and 2434 pulled in by sync since this follower started. Caught up: this follower holds every block any peer has claimed, so every panel below is the whole chain. Genesis 1cf8655125cc1bbb…, producers genesis.

Following 7 seed(s) — their addresses are not published here, for the reason the peer table gives. Its store is held under its own Cerberus lease — no other node’s store is opened, touched or stopped.
Governance
A chain-wide parameter is decided by the name holders, one STR.domain one vote — not by the seats, and not by any one domain.
- Electorate
- franchise 517 member(s), 517 power. A proposal raised now passes early once 264 power is for it; otherwise, at the window's close, it passes if turnout reaches 104 and at least 51% of the turnout is for it. As the chain’s governance plane answers it at the head

- chain.blockTargetSeconds
3the slot, in seconds; observed median 1 min over 99 gap(s) between blocks 25600–25699. A slot is a 3 s turn in the rotation, not a block: only the seat whose turn it is may seal, and it seals only when it holds work or, holding nothing, once the head is about a minute old. A slot whose seat is absent or idle passes with no block, so the interval between blocks can be many slots long.- chain.requiredConfirmations

Proposals
Nothing has been proposed on this chain
A proposal is a record in a block, raised by a member of a voting pool. No block this node holds carries one, so the parameters below are the ones the genesis set and no change to any of them has ever been put to a vote.
What would put something here
- a proposal raised by a member of a pool, which freezes the electorate as it stands at that moment so a later admission cannot change the denominator of a vote under way
- ballots cast against it, each one a signed record carrying the member’s own power
- a timelock, which every passed proposal waits out before it can be enacted
