- Purpose
- Energy markets and renewable trading. Premined: the entire 50,000,000 cap is issued once, in the genesis allocation that seeds the Energy STR Pool, and never again — assertMintable refuses every later mint. Supply is therefore exactly the cap from block zero. The figure resolves a three-way source conflict by owner decision (recorded in docs/BUILD_STATUS.md, 2026-09-07): the 1,000,000,000 in the source at docs/ECOSYSTEM_RECHECK_2026-08-29.md §1 and the claim in docs/CANONICAL_MODEL.md §4 that eSTR is superseded are both overruled.
